The reformer consists of a sliding carriage, springs, straps and a crutch. The resistance is a combination of your own body weight and the Reformer’s springs, so you can adjust the load yourself. This results in a dynamic and effective workout where you will be challenged on your strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and concentration.

You will quickly find that you get long, lean and strong muscles. Our instructors guide you safely through each class.
